S-NOOOOOOO-W!

Yay! Blogger worked today!
I didn't tell you in the text but last week on thursday we had a BLIZZARD!
It was nice and sunny if a bit windy in the morning so i saunter around town with just a light sweater.
What a fool was I.
By 4:00 it's snowing so bad it's white-out conditions...yeah...I borrowed a jacket....
Then last night it was the same crazy snow hit lethbridge and knocked out power for the whole city.
we had a weather warning but it passed us by completely. Lucky.

Now on to the fun part...teeheehee
I finished my Goblin Char as you can see from the scans.
I'll have a drawing of her without armour eventually...

Heres her basic stats.
Name: Magdalin, or Mag....call her Mag or she might hit you...
Age: 32 (still young for a goblin,they age well.)
Gender: Female
Race: Goblin, Coyote tribe
Hieght: 5'
Eyes: Grey with a hint of yellow
Hair: Dark brown worn in short braids capped with coins.
Skin tone: light tan with a hint of rust, darker shade on ear,finger and toe tips.
Clothing: when not in armour she generally wears an off white or faded green shirt. Always wears short pants cut off just under the knee. Never wears shoes.
Occupation: Caravan gaurd/sometimes Merc.
ETC.: For everyday life she tends to be a bit lazy and wiil need to be pushed to do anything.Once she starts though she'll get the job done and thouroughly if at a slow pace.She loves to soak up the sun and can usually be found on the roof of a wagon or cart napping. she loves to have a drink every now and then and will treat the others aswell.When a fight comes she's ready for it and will put all her skills and energy into protecting the caravan.

Steed: As seen in picture. Skoll is a fierce animal with a bad temper. He only gets along with Mag and will usually try to eat everyone else. He's an omnivore and will eat almost anything.

Artemis Yo!

So I'm working on a headshot of Artemis :) We're doing original art in our digital drawing class and I decided she would be fun to try!
So this is my first drawing, but I've already started another one, so I don't think I'm gonna bother coloring this one :P OR I might.



And this is what I ended up with for my firebird. My instructor wanted a grayscale image so I didn't color it.

I have friends in school who go on all the time, and one of them just created a group called Draw-A-Day, and he's gonna put up something to draw everyday as a challenge. You should joinnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!! And get a tablet! It's honestly so great. Save your pennies, it's worth it.


And, when were you gonna tell me you decided to move to Edmonton? HMMMMM?

Whew! The last three days have been Awesome!

On Friday, after work Angie and I went over to Sarah's and had Stuffed Potatoes and Chicken Ceaser Salad with Pie and Icecream as dessert...it was beautiful...like heaven in my mouth...

Then we watched 2012blueray, so Very AWESOME! The graphics were sooo good. You should definately check it out.Blueray if you have a player.

Next up, Saturday. The people in the photo and a few other and I went to Lazertag. Crazy!

We did 3 games, 1-2 30mins score:6750 I hit:55 hit me:50 I came in 4th.

3 15mins score:4800 I hit:13 hit me:20 I came in 5th. I still can't believe i did so well for my first time playing.

Man was it hard...after 20 mins you get so tired and sore. thank goodness we got a break before game 3.

After Angie and I limped over to Sarah's, ordered pizza and watched 'how i met your mother' season 4.

Today I could barely walk when i woke up, still aching now. Mom and I went to Church had lunch then I headed over to the Bowling alley for 'Bowl for Kids' I raised $210 Amy raised over $600.

We won a $50 gift card for the Wok Box (chinese take out!!) then came in second at Bingo bowling with only 3 players!! Yeah!! 30 seconds sooner and we would have been 1st.

It was so much fun even though i was still sore.

So that was my Epic 3 days of fun.

Hey Baybay!

My first sketch of the Firebird Chick project that I'm working on! I absolutely LOVE this new tablet I got, it works so well! Remember when dad let us use that old one a long long time ago? Yeah, that one sucked. This one rocks. It's also like.... really expensive.

Anywho, I'm gonna keep reworking this and then eventually paint it in photoshop when I'm bored. :)

*cough* on a diff note... did mom tell you she got stitches? If she did, i'm gonna tell ya again.so there.

I was over last night and we had those nachos and cheese snacks with refried beans,salsa and sour cream. 

Oh they were good...anyways she was grating the cheese and ended up grating her finger instead(right on the knuckle).She put a bandaide on and we didn't think anything of it. Until she went to put a new one on just before bed.Then she noticed how bad it was and decided to go tothe walk-in clinic this morning.

 Yeah the doctor put in 4 stitches and scolded her for not coming sooner.lol.

 She can't do any cleaning or dishes for ten days! Crazy huh?

Well now that the gruesome tale is told ive one other thing to mention.

I'm doing Bowl for kids this year in March if you want you can pledge me on the website.
